• Identity and Contact Data: Name, phone number, email address, and official business registration details or government-issued KYC documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN) required for verifying your trust badge.
• Location Data: Precise or approximate geographical location from your device’s GPS to facilitate regional crop listings, map-based local store discovery, and live transport fleet tracking.
• Transaction and Financial Data: Bank account numbers, digital wallet balances, transaction histories, purchase orders, and billing invoices managed through our ledger system.
• Operational Data: Harvest forecasts, field yields, current inventory weights, quality grade scores, and counter-billing logs via MandiDesk.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Verify identity and issue secure platform badges.
• Facilitate localized marketplace bidding, escrow routing, and transport matching.
• Process multi-user permissions and counter-billing logs for retail accounts.
• Improve platform stability under low-bandwidth networks (3G optimization).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only to make trading possible:

• Between Users: Farmers’ yield listings are shared with Traders; buyers' delivery addresses are shared with assigned Logistics Providers.
• Service Providers: With verified escrow gateway partners, banking systems, and SMS alert providers.
• Legal Compliance: When required by Indian authorities under applicable laws.
